Booking Confirmation Policy:
- Customer receives a confirmation voucher via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slot is not available, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent through email/ WhatsApp.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking prior to confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy:
If customer cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable:
- If cancellation are made 30 days prior the date of travel then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days prior the date of travel then 50 % of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- After commencement of tour / No Show then 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds if any for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to the customer for booking made directly with 101 Traveler.
- For booking routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or Travel agent of the customer, the refunds will be routed through them.
- Refund will be processed within 60-90 working days from the date of cancellation. No interest charges shall be payable on the amount.
- 101 Traveler shall not liable where the delay in refund is due to reasons beyond 101 Traveler’s reasonable control.
- There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Activities, Sightseeing etc).
